A Romanian woman tore off her husband’s left testicle after he failed to give her flowers on International Women’s Day and then refused to help with the housework.

Her husband was rushed to hospital with his scrotum torn open after his wife launched a vicious attack. The mother-of-one grabbed hold of her husband’s testicles and pulled violently during the argument. Her husband’s left testicle was left hanging out of his scrotum after the skin was ripped apart. He was forced to undergo emergency surgery to repair the damage and remains in a stable condition. Following the incident the wife said she did not know her own strength, adding that her husband deserved what had happened to him.

She said he had been given a bottle of wine for a day’s work instead of getting paid, and had arrived home drunk. ‘When he gets drunk, he changes. All night he made me keep the fire on because he was cold and I did it to avoid having an argument. n the morning I opened the curtains and told him to go out and do some work, or at least to help with the household chores but he shouted that I’m not entitled to give him orders. I told him he was not any kind of man and I grabbed his testicles. It was not my fault that he pulled away, and that’s when it happened. I thought maybe that some ice would solve the problem, but he insisted on calling an ambulance. ‘He was pretty annoyed.

The couple have been together for 15 years and have a 15-year-old son. Paramedics said: The man had a severe open wound on his scrotum. He told us his wife had attacked him because he did not give her flowers for International Woman’s Day.

Claimant fractured his foot on stairs leading from our insured’s restaurant. He claimed our insured was negligent, because the stairs were slippery due to lack of maintenance. Fortunately, the restaurant had just installed a video camera for security reasons. Footage showed Claimant looking at his cell phone while walking down the stairs, causing him to miss the last few stairs and fall. The video was used to convince Claimant not to sue.

We used surveillance on a claimant who we believed had fully healed from her work injury. Despite the P.I.’s efforts, she wasn’t caught doing anything active. Several weeks after we gave up our investigation, one of our adjusters saw claimant at the park with her kids, running and playing frisbee. The adjuster took video of claimant and her claim was denied.

From the Roswell, IL Police Department…

A few weeks ago, a Roselle police officer saw a car driving southbound on Roselle Road with a 15-foot tree embedded in the front grill of the car. After stopping the driver, he also noticed the airbags had been deployed (apparently from hitting the tree). After an investigation, the Roselle officer arrested the driver for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.

Can you imagine the adjusters laughing at that claim???

We received a signed medical release from an injured worker today. In it she included a page of her prior treating physicians. When we went to obtain those medical records it turns out that all of the names of prior physicians are veterinarians!

Ripped From The Headlines… Social Media Post ID’s Students Who Set Fire To Their Prinicipal’s Home

Four Idaho teenagers suspected of setting fire to their high school principal’s house in retaliation for being suspended have been taken into custody. Payette Police Chief Mark Clark told the Idaho Statesman newspaper that one boy’s family brought him to authorities Thursday after the other three were detained Wednesday in the city of 7,500 people. Clark says two boys were charged with first-degree arson and conspiracy to commit arson, while the others were charged with conspiracy. They are being held in juvenile detention on $200,000 bond each. Clark told the newspaper: ‘All the charges automatically put the juveniles in adult court.’ Investigators believe three high-schoolers and one middle-schooler started the February 22 blaze that destroyed the home of Payette High School principal Mark Heleker and three cars parked in the driveway. No one was injured.

Heleker was able to escape the fire along with his wife Lorrie and daughter Katie. Katie Erwin Heleker, who is working and studying to be a nurse, was the first of the family members to discover the fire. She noticed the fire while walking her dog after work, and woke up her sleeping parents so they could evacuate.

‘There was talk swirling around, and that kind of created a path to follow. Investigators followed the social media trail, and Clark said one student posted a Snapchat message featuring the fire emoji and bragging statements. Clark said investigators believe the suspects lit the house on fire in retaliation after they were disciplined. ‘It appears to be some retaliation against the principal for a couple of them being suspended for the week prior,’ Clark said.

After losing much of his Green Bay Packers memorabilia in the blaze, the team sent him a gift box with autographed pictures and other surprises
